How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Centreprofessor Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Centreprofessor Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to talk to the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know that Centreprofessor Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@centreprofessor.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
