Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use centreprofessor.garden and the services Centreprofessor Septic offers through it. If you use the site, call the number shown, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Centreprofessor Septic Does

Centreprofessor Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drainfields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

The Providers

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, schedules, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general learning. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job and are not quotes. Please confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate details when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request. That contact may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@centreprofessor.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Centreprofessor Septic or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without our permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law allows us to limit our liability, and we do so as far as it permits. Centreprofessor Septic is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
